Principal Geologist

is a graduate of University of Montana (BA Geology) and Montana Tech (MS Geosience/Hydrogeology). He holds Professional and Registered Geologist certifications for multiple western States. His professional experience includes over five decades of resource exploration, production, and professional consulting work. His extensive experience includes performing aquifer testing, groundwater resources evaluation, groundwater modeling, and mine development.

Mitchell Gerlinger, PG, CEM

Senior Geologist

is a graduate of California State University, Chico (BS Geology). He holds Professional and Registered Geologist certifications for multiple western States. He holds a Certified Environmental Manager registration for the State of Nevada and is a Licensed Asbestos Consultant for the State of Nevada. His professional experience includes over two decades of environmental consulting including emergency response management, due diligence assessment, respiratory protection plan development, and asbestos consulting work. His extensive experience includes conducting air, water, and soil environmental sampling, oversight of large scale HAZMAT releases, extensive regulatory liaison activities, design, permitting, and implementation of remediation and mitigation activities, and project management.

Senior Consultant

is a graduate of Brigham Young University (BS Civil Engineering). She holds a Certified Environmental Manager registration for the State of Nevada and speaks fluent Spanish. Her professional experience includes over four decades of regulatory work and consulting including civil engineering, special construction inspections, extensive due diligence assessment experience, sanitary and storm drain inspection, environmental engineering, health and safety program development, and project management.
